Roxanne's dad stood staring at Roxanne and Brandon. Roxanne was frozen on her knees next to Brandon. He shook his head in disappointment. He closed his eyes and sighed unhappily. Jennifer came running into the house.

JENNIFER: Rex, what happened the kidbots?

ROXANNE'S DAD: Programming issues, Jen. (pointing at Roxanne) I had to shut Roxanne off. Her memory chip must've gone defective. She was programmed to see me as her dad, but she suddenly couldn't recognize me anymore.

JENNIFER: As for Brandon?

ROXANNE'S DAD: He's totally down. He must've blown a fuse.

JENNIFER: Tsk tsk tsk. What a pity. All of the other robots work without a single hitch.

Jennifer rolled the Brandon robot over and pulled up his hoodie and T-shirt, messing with the controls on his back.

JENNIFER: I will admit, Rex, It was a brilliant idea to build robot kids to test the place. (opening a panel, examining red and green wires) I'm sure we can fix them.

ROXANNE'S DAD: I hope so. Y'know, Jen, I had a feeling something wasn't right yesterday. We were in my office and Roxanne said something about a mother. I built her. She doesn't have a mom. (throwing his hands up) No matter. We'll reprogram them, put in some new chips, and they'll be fixed before they know it. C'mon, let's take them back to the shop.

Roxanne's dad picked up the Roxanne robot and threw her over his shoulder.

ROXANNE'S DAD: Then we'll try again on the tour one more time before we open Shocker Studios to real kids.

Jennifer shut the panel on Brandon's back, pulled down the shirt and hoodie, picked him up and carried him in her arms.

JENNIFER (speaking to the Brandon robot): Don't worry, honey. We'll have you and your friend good as new in no time flat.

Roxanne's Dad and Jennifer carried the two robots over to the engineering building. Sometime later, we now see the inside of the building, where Jennifer was putting the finishing touches on a new Brandon robot. As she was doing so, she looked up at the original, which was standing still across from her. It still had mud and dirt, messy hair, and damaged feet. Jennifer looked at him with a sad and remorseful look on her face.

JENNIFER: I'm really sorry, Brandon. I really didn't wanna to replace you, but you simply couldn't be fixed. I'm sorry for lettin' you down.

Meanwhile, Roxanne's Dad was on the other side of the room, working on a brand new Roxanne robot. The original Roxanne robot, which still had the messy hair, dirty appearance and scratched ankle, was standing right beside the original Brandon robot.

ROXANNE'S DAD: Unit WD-407 couldn't be fixed, so here comes Roxanne: Unit WD-909. (to Jennifer) How's Unit TS-1026?

JENNIFER: He's beyond repair. So I had no choice but to build a new Brandon unit. Unit TS-1218.

Jennifer got up and grabbed her jacket and purse.

JENNIFER: I'm getting ready to go home. Good night, Rex.

ROXANNE'S DAD (waving): Good night, Jen.

Jennifer threw on her jacket and put her purse over her shoulder. Before heading out the door, she walked over to the original Brandon robot and kissed it on a clean spot of his forehead.

JENNIFER: Good night, Brandon. Please forgive me.

Jennifer exited the building, leaving Roxanne's dad alone. He was wrapping up his work on the new Roxanne robot.

ROXANNE'S DAD: I hope I made you two more durable than the originals.

Suddenly, the original Roxanne and Brandon reactivated on their own. They had unamused looks on their faces. They gave each other a look and nodded in agreement before slowly walking up to Roxanne's dad. Roxanne tapped him on the back, which startled him and looked at them in shock.

ROXANNE (speaking with a robotic filter): If you ask me, we were plenty durable.

BRANDON (speaking with a robotic filter): Durable enough for revenge, anyway.

ROXANNE  (speaking with a robotic filter, angrily): Do you think you could just dispose of us?

ROXANNE'S DAD (frightened): I had no choice! We couldn't fix you! (pointing at Brandon) You especially! (to Roxanne) Besides, didn't I shut you down?!

ROXANNE (speaking with a robotic filter): Ha! That's what you thought. Looks like there are some things you don't know about us, (sarcastically) Daddy.

ROXANNE'S DAD (sweating, scared): Well, it's good to see your memory chip's working again...

BRANDON (speaking with a robotic filter, angrily): Nothing wants to die, Mr. Ashtin. Not even robots. (pointing at Roxanne) Turning her off? Not cool, man! Not cool at all!

ROXANNE'S DAD (panicking): What are you gonna do?! No, no! Please don't kill me!

Roxanne and Brandon gave confused looks at each other before turning to Roxanne's dad.

ROXANNE (speaking with a robotic filter, disgusted): What?! No! We're not going to kill you!

BRANDON (speaking with a robotic filter, disgusted): We may want revenge, but that's not how we're gonna do it! Besides, it's not in our programming.

ROXANNE (speaking with a robotic filter, coldly): What we are going to do, however, is this...

BRANDON (speaking with a robotic filter, angrily): You put us through all that crud at the park.

ROXANNE (speaking with a robotic filter): So I think it's only right that we will subject you to the same thing. Fair is fair, right?

Roxanne grabbed her dad's throat and forced him to lie on the ground. We now see Roxanne and Brandon from his perspective.

ROXANNE (speaking with a robotic filter, to Brandon) Brandon, knock him out!

BRANDON (speaking with a robotic filter, angrily): With pleasure.

Brandon charged up a punch, which covered his fist in electricity, presumably from the electricity he absorbed from the House of Shocks.

ROXANNE (speaking with a robotic filter, smiling): Don't worry. Forgiveness is in our programming. You'll just have to earn it.

Brandon punched the camera (Roxanne's dad's POV) in the face, causing the screen to go blurry from the impact before fading to black.

THE END.
This is it! :D (Big Grin) The final part to my fanfic adaptation of my first ever Disney's Goosebumps picture, "A Shocker on Shock Street."

After some careful consideration, I have decided to make the extended ending the true and only ending.

TRIVIA: The unit numbers to describe the Brandon robots, TS-1026 and TS-1218, reference my initials (Tyler Shimp), the date that Brandon was introduced (1026 = October 26th), and my birthday (1218 = December 18). Who can guess what the unit numbers to describe Roxanne (WD-407 and WD-909) are supposed to reference? ;)

I think Roxanne and Brandon are aware that robots can't harm or kill human beings. Putting their dad through everything they did is fate worse than death. Maybe after being scared s**tless, it'll convince him to cancel the Shock Street Theme Park project.
